Respect for my home was a big thing for me. I mentioned that we do not wear shoes in the house and without hesitation he said, “No problem,” and removed them. Throughout the visit, any question, adjustment, or inquiry I had, he listened carefully and accommodated it without attitude. His mannerisms and disposition were calm, respectful, and patient, which made the whole experience stress free. Timeliness is extremely important to me, and Eric exceeded my expectations.
